Senior Software Engineer · AI Systems & Tooling

Built the assistant interface for a fintech product, and the evaluation tool other assistant teams adopted.

  • Built the UI for the integrated assistant: interactive messages, WebSockets, and the conversation flow around them.
  • Created an evaluation framework and a tool teams run from the editor. They used it to raise the accuracy and robustness of the product assistants.
  • About six teams, each with a different product assistant, adopted the tool. It has been heavily used since.
