Who is responsible

This site is run by Temorix LLC, a US company registered in Wyoming, through which Artem Dovhyi contracts. Temorix LLC is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me at artem@temorix.com.

What this site collects

If you send the contact form, I receive your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else on the site asks for personal data.

Like any website, the hosting provider records technical request data, such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why, and on what basis

I use what you send through the form only to read and answer your inquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare that work.

Under the GDPR, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in replying to messages I receive (Article 6(1)(f)). Hosting logs rest on the legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who else handles it

Vercel Inc. hosts the site. When you send the form, your browser sends it to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers it to my inbox. My email provider stores the messages I receive. These services may process data in the United States and in other countries.

I don’t sell personal data or share it for advertising.

How long it is kept

I keep inquiry emails for as long as I need them to answer you and, if we work together, for the engagement and any record-keeping period the law requires. After that I delete them. You can ask me to delete your message at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser remembers that choice in its own local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to me.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data I hold about you, and ask me to correct it, delete it, give you a copy, or stop using it. Email artem@temorix.com and I’ll answer within one month.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
